Una Voce Equa Founder Emma Westfall

Una Voce Equa founder Emma Westfall is passionate about disrupting the global fashion industry. Ms. Westfall learned sewing techniques from her mother and grandmother. Feeling limited by conventional clothing options, she preferred to dream up her own designs in her sketchbook.

While earning her B.B.A at Loyola University Chicago, she found her calling as an advocate for social justice in the apparel industry. She spent two years in the apparel department of a national retail corporation, learning the ins and outs of the global apparel industry. Now employed by an international hardware wholesaler, she devotes her personal time to Una Voce Equa.

Ms. Westfall founded Una Voce Equa with the intention of raising awareness about the global apparel industry’s impact on the environment, workers and commerce. Her goal is to arm readers with the skills, resources and insight they need to be conscious consumers.

Ms. Westfall is a Baumhart Scholar pursuing her M.B.A. at Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business.
